I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped for a family stay, and the location offers privacy while still being close to the nightlife of Angeles. The service was generally helpful, but I did encounter some issues with staff accountability. Unfortunately, the dining experience was quite disappointing, as the food took forever and the quality didn’t meet my expectations.
